How to return an item and get a refund.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, email us at support@cognitivecampaigns.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@cognitivecampaigns.com right away and we'll make it right.
